For our next foodie adventure, we're heading to the Xinjiang region of northwest China to try some Uyghur food. Actually wait, no, we're heading to Dolan Uyghur Restaurant just outside the Cleveland Park metro, which hopefully should be a shorter trip for most of us...
DC FOODIES meetups are for DC area MeFites to get together and discover some new cuisines or lesser-known spots in the process. New members are welcome and encouraged!

I'll call ahead on Friday the 23rd and make a reservation based on RSVPs. And yes, Virginia greater Washington, vegetarian options ARE available!

Yay! After many years of lurking, I'm finally coming out to a meetup! Looking forward to the IRL experience... and excited to try Uyghur deliciousness.
