PDX dim sum again?

Dim sum was awesome last time, does anyone want to meet up for it again? Maybe we could try a Saturday? Or get there around 10am since the line is CRAZY.
I tried to find a list of everything that we tried but no one list has it all. Such is the wonder of dim sum.

I did find out that one can usually request plain rice although it'll never be on a trolley.

And we should definitely take more from the fried trolley.

We're busy many Saturdays but Sunday is usually OK unless it's Mother's Day.

It looks like the 18th is possibly OK. Its a Sunday so I think the start time should be 10-10:30ish.
