Thu March 29 at 6:00 PM, Autodesk Gallery
Inspired by this thread on the
3-D printing of a jawbone, I'd like to organize a private tour of the
San Francisco Autodesk Gallery for Mefites. For Mefites, by an official Mefite guide.
NOTE: Updated info in extended description. Now including drinks info!
The gallery is dedicated to all forms of design: whether you're interested in the special effects of Avatar, animation like Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs, 3-D prototyping, simulation, and printing, sustainable design, or just want to understand what the heck we're doing with the Bay Bridge, there's something interesting to look at. Oh, we also have a huge Lego dinosaur and you can make a 3-D model of your head for use in games, bobble-heads, etc.!
Tour at the Autodesk Gallery on Thursday, March 29th at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour afterwards near Market and the Embarcadero. Let me know if the time works and if you have
any preference of bars around here.
UPDATED: I will be contacting each of you via MeMail with detailed information. Please note that the time has changed to 6 p.m. to accommodate all of us worker bees. Looking forward to it!

So I vote yes!
Does this have to be a weekday during the day, though?
