DC FOODIES Go Back To Rockville

Sat March 21 at 11:30 AM, A&J
1319 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD, USA (Map & Directions)
REM said not to do it, but we're incorrigible. Let's sample some of the area's very best dim sum in Rockville. We'll plan to line up around 11:30. Bring cash...and an empty stomach!
If you're new to DC FOODIES or to DC MeFi in general: welcome, we'd love to have you join us! This is an informal group of DC-area MeFites who get together semi-regularly to explore world cuisines and cheap eats in the DMV, and is currently the DC area's only regular MeFi IRL meetup.

Family and friends of all ages are welcome.

This location is a 20-minute walk from the Rockville metro on the Red line and has a parking lot.

Rats, my brother's in town that day or we'd try to come. I do appreciate this being during the day! It makes it a lot easier for us with a young kid. Have fun and hopefully we can come to one soon!

Hi I'm excited for this! Let me know if I can give anyone a ride from the metro

Awesome, Rockville's pretty easy for me to get to, and since UMBC is closing up in-person classes until end of March or longer, my daughter will probably be able to come as well.

I totally can't come by but wanted to stop by electronically and say that I used to go to A&J fairly frequently back in the late 90s when I worked at NIH. Thanks for the nostalgia! I love their spicy noodle soup and the hand rolled pork dumplings.

Hi everyone, this was a tough decision but I've decided to postpone this meetup until it is safer to gather in restaurants. I'll miss the chance to see everyone, but I don't want to put anyone's safety at risk. Fingers crossed we'll be able to meet again soon.
