We're spending the day at the Chocolate Fest!
It's $18 at the door but hey, some of you have salary type jobs, so we figured we'd invite y'all!
The fest runs from 11-5 and we'll be there all day.

Everyone was amazing! My very favorites from the show were:
- Triple XXX Vanilla - We learned that "natural vanilla flavor" means beaver glands, and that vanilla vines grow on cocoa trees in the wild. And how to make vanilla extract, and that you can reuse the beans repeatedly to make more extracts.
- Blissful Wunders - We learned that Brother B's chocolates are made with love, ethically-sourced ingredients, and probably some more love, too.
- Diego's Chocolate Diego makes chocolate in Guatemala, and the chocolate is completely unlike just about any chocolate in the states. A couple folks from the US fell in love and are selling his chocolate here in the states. I understand why they fell in love. It's a different kind of chocolate.
And then! And then! Then we learned that each label - of the view from Diego's house - is individually hand-colored because hey, it gives someone a job.
