It appears that I am going to be finding myself alone on Valentine's Day night in NYC. Let's drink!
I'm coming up to NYC for the weekend, but as most of my NYC friends are all cozily coupled up, I find myself at loose ends on the evening of the 14th. What better time to have a meetup?
I'm open to pretty much anything... drinking? Bowling? Any cool events?

It's called Pacific Standard; it's in Brooklyn just off the Atlantic Ave transit hub. It's usually a little IPA-heavy for my taste most of the time--though not terrible right now--but I take $200 bar tabs where I find 'em. (They also have a liquor bar, but they are not expert cocktail makers.)

Gotta email the bar owner later this week to check the date is okay for us to redeem our prize; he's apparently out of town. If there's a problem, there's always 4th Ave Pub next door, which is an old meetup standby.

Also, note: they say it might be a bit crowded because they're having a Chinese New Year party in the afternoon. I assume if it's somehow a disaster we could relocate.
