Another month, another trivia meetup! Riddle Me That! is a game show team trivia challenge for everyone! Trivia! Points! Physical Challenges! MeFites! Shirtless thumb-wrestling! Headstands! Shooting Nerf arrows through a hole in a sheet! Exclamation points!
Join us for Riddle Me That! Hosted by MeFi's Own theButterFly (Mark Beers), it's a trivia night like no other, combining comedy with feats of strength and cunning and pop culture and general zaniness. $5 per player and we'll team up in groups of 2-4 depending on who shows.
bibligrrl and I are meeting up for poutine that day around 5:30! If someone wants to entertain me in the area in between poutine and trivia, I suppose I can just hang around for both. :D

Well, there's no reason not to head to the Pub early; it will be open. There are more comfortable bars around there, but Town Hall has good bartenders. But there's lots nearby and further away from Wrigley (there is no game Thursday, by the way).

Well, I am definitely having poutine because I cannot wait one more day to check it out and I am also definitely not going to be able to get there by 5:30 either. So if there's interest in a later meal shift, I'm up for that. Or I can eat by myself and meet you there. Because I'm a loner, Dottie. A rebel.
All I know is that I've got fries and trivia on my schedule and pretty thrilled.
(If I still managed to bump into the 5:30 poutine crowd, that would also be a bonus, but don't keep on eating until you can't eat any more on my account.)

I definitely know it! I see Mark post the bonus questions on facebook all the time and never have any friggin clue what they are. But I've watched the entire run of King of the Hill at least twice all the way through. I GOT THIS, SON. BRING IT.

I'm out on prepoutine. My train home got rerouted back to the Loop because of "police activity" on the westside tracks, so now I'm taking a circuitous route that'll probably mean I won't get home for...a while. Also the guy sitting next to me right now is widelegging it and hasn't responded to my insinuations of his assumed testicle disease. :(
