Monthly Brooklyn Board Game Meetup

Fri November 22 at 7:00 PM, ocherdraco's apartment (#4D, buzzer #407)
192 East 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY, USA (Map & Directions)
Due to an astonishing lack of available weekend days this month, our November meetup will be FRIDAY the 22nd. Seeing as how it's a weekday, we'll be starting at 7pm, rather than our usual 2pm. Bring your games, snacks and/or drinks.
Games we played last time: Dominion (Main Set, Seaside, Cornucopia, and Guilds), Qwirkle, Scotland Yard, and Through the Desert.
Can't we just quit our jobs instead and start at 2pm?

I just got a delivery of a bunch of card games last night! Y'all probably have Apples to Apples and Cards Against Humanity, but how about Unexploded Cow?

i'm bringing a non-metafilter person... is that ok? he's no stranger to message board meetups. he loves playing games and i've asked him to bring puerto rico which should be a fun, though i've heard it takes a bit to learn. i'm going to bring catan cause it's been a while and i need to play!

2) Non-metafilter friends are totally welcome, as are Puerto Rico and Catan.
Also: from 9pm-10pm, in the living room we'll be watching An Adventure in Space and Time (the TV movie about the first season of Doctor Who). People who aren't interested can continue to play games in the bedroom.

We actually have Pandemic, so no need to bring it along (unless he has one of the expansions--we don't have any of those).
