Weekly Brooklyn supercollidin' meetup

Was thinking about proposing a meetup at Supercollider and just saw that Bar Scrawl (previously featured on the blue) did a neat writeup of it. Like Bill Roundy, I got the black hole to drink and it was tasty! They have a happy hour ('til 7, I think) and a cool little rooftop space. (If this date ain't no good, let me know and I will change it--any day next week is cool.)

I was just at this bar and my drink was terrible! The place was deserted. But this place is around the corner from me, and I'm very attracted to the idea of a meetup I can stumble home from.

I can change the location if cash-only is a problem for people. I hate using my credit card so don't tend to take that into account.

Not a problem for me, I just figured I couldn't be the only one who doesn't carry a lot of cash and appreciates knowing ahead of time.

I am arriving in Brooklyn the following day, d to the oh! Maybe I should call a meetup for the following week somewhere in Gotham. I'll be staying in Little Italy from the 1st June, so Tile Bar or somewhere I can stumble home from might just work... Will send up bat signal.
Anyway, have a super time!

Does anyone know offhand if this place serves food (even snacks)? My work thing got moved so I will be there but I will be hungry!

I don't think they have much in the way of food at night though they do have coffee and pastries.

It is right near Country Boys, on 16th and 4th, which is quite tasty.
