I live a block away from an amazing taco place. But they do not put cheese on their tacos because that is wrong.

But eventually I'd like to force people to go there for an alternagoat.

If by "that place on Armitage and Western" you mean Arturo's/Lazo's, that is not near phunniemee (unless she moved since I've been out of the loop). It's been years since I've been to Lazo's - I think the last time was Christmas night when nowhere else was open. I can, however vouch for the tacos by phunniemee's place. They're delicious even though they lack cheese.

Maybe we could find someplace with various mac and cheese options?

So I was also thinking if we were doing a cheese theme that mac and cheese would be great, and deleece's grill pub would be good for that except for the fact that they are closed for renovations.


My vote is for tacos at La Chaparrita.



Also note that there is a meetup on the 19th already making dinner for sick kids families.
