A couple people mentioned at BadHappy tonight wanting to come to the monthly Goat meetup, but not being able to make it because it's on a Wednesday (or during the week in general).
One suggestion was that there be a set antipode day for this proposed weekend meeup, but that it roatate through different places each month. Several people thought the idea sounded good, so what do you think?
Also if we did this regularly we could catch up or pass Portland and NYC on the front page. Just food for thought.

Changing this to a confirmed date of Saturday the 23rd with Pequod's, unless people prefer the 16th or a different place.

Looks like we're tentatively doing cheesies in March, or getting all wild and crazy and having 4 meetups in February.

There was also a meetup at a poutine place somewhere around California and Fulletron a couple months ago, maybe have that for April?

This is a great idea. I was beginning to think all Chicago-mefites were these hard-partying Constitution Of Steel-types who never worked or slept.
I would also be in favor of meet-ups around various fun activities that are supposedly taking place. I get jealous of other cities that do that. I would suggest some but I don't know of any.
