Some DC MetaFilter folks who met last year via this AskMe aim to field a second human-powered trolley car parade float deal at the H Street Festival. Some details and pics from last year at atlasarmadadc.com
We should be pretty easy to spot and plan to move back and forth along the length of the festival all afternoon. Word is that we will be operating on the trolley tracks on the south side of H Street this year.
