The Best Barbacoa Tacos In Los Angeles

Sat February 11 at 1:00 PM, Olympic Weekend Market (made up name)
So, I've found the best barbacoa tacos, ever. With three kinds of salsa. And chia lemonade. In a pop-up street market in DTLA. Let's have lunch this Saturday at 1PM.
There's 1 hour and metered parking on Towne near 8th and a few 4 hour parking spaces on Stanford near Agatha at no cost. There's also a cheap valet lot between Towne and Crocker on Agatha, it's great.

We'll meet at the corner of E 8th and Towne and walk over together. I am setting the meeting place to the corner of E 8th and Towne, it is not the location of the tacos, they're around E 9th and Stanford.

If you don't like barbacoa there is a whole city block of alternatives, complete with awesome oddities like Angry Birds pinatas, and occasionally hard-to-find fruit like guava. This will be a very quick meetup to eat and enjoy these tacos together. However, I may be down for a drink after, too.
