Meetup is BACK ON. (My trip has been postponed.) Hope some of you can still make it!
Like it says on the label. I'll make a big pot of soup, you bring snacks or beverages or whatever, and we'll work on personal projects while planning Democratic victories in the midterm elections. Or decide who should win the most Oscars this year. The discussion could go either way, and that's fine.

Thanks, Huffington! My trip just got postponed, so I can still welcome MeFites over as planned. Yay! This is a last-minute change so will understand if there's a light turnout. Hope to see a few of you any way.

Do you have a projected end time for this event? Do you think it would last until 4pm?
I'm going to see Allegiance in San Rafael at 12:55 (commemorating the 75th anniversary of the shameful Exec Order 9066 which rounded up Japanese-Americans) but I live in Berkeley, so Albany is on my way back home! Thx

Sorry to say I can't make it this time (got a memorial service this afternoon -- the person was not really close to me but I should be there). Looking forward to your next one though! Hugs!
