Ignore Super Bowl?

We're coming up on that national tradition known as Super Bowl Sunday. In the past we've gotten together to play games rather than watch the game, but there was always something missing which prevented us from achieving the full on ignore experience: the actual football game in the background being completely ignored.
Well, we shall remedy that this year with our Ignore Super Bowl Party at out new game store, Rune & Board, out in Hillsboro. And in order to achieve the full on ignore experience, the Super Bowl will be on the TV.
Because this will take place in our actual business during normal business hours, it will be alcohol-free. However, there are a few options to grab a beer if you'd like.
We also have a selection of drinks and snacks for purchase.
Special note: Google is being stupid and showing our location incorrectly. We are actually located between 2nd and 3rd on the south side of the street in the very colorful building. This is 1 block west of the Hillsboro Central/SE 3rd TC MAX Station.

I feel like this is a dumb question, because this is a game store, but- should I bring any games? Also- are the two of you available to play, or do you kind of need to run the place during things like this? And lastly- no outside food, right? Or can I bring a snack to share? (I know that regardless, it is in good taste to make a purchase to support the venue!)

Yes, you can bring as many games as you like! People often do! As for outside foood, for our new years thing we let people bring in food to share, like a potluck. I think this will probably be like that again.

OMG a mefi meetup in my neck of the woods! Eggselent. I will bring some allergen free food with me, and maybe my roomate (will update my count as needed if she says yes).

I have to bow out for today. I hope everyone has an amazing time and stays safe! The weather's supposed to get cold enough that it will snow (but not stick here in the valley?)

We're expecting to be there! We will probably beat a hasty retreat when/if the snow starts setting in, but until then, the owls will be superb this afternoon. Gonna bring some cookies.
