Tue December 20 at 8:00 PM, The George and Dragon, Fremont
206 N 36th St, Seattle, WA, USA (Map & Directions)
Back at it again at The George and Dragon. Our last two weeks were wins so we're going for the hat trick!
Shout out to the man of twists and turns, who's off to new adventures elsewhere. We'll miss you!

Please RSVP if you intend to come! Teams are 6 people max so if we don't know you're coming, we might not have space on the team for you. In the past we've split up if we knew in advance we'd have more than 6.

I will be far away in warmer climes. So the odds of winning have gone up dramatically. Actually, it still doesn't cancel out the man of twists and turns' absence.

I am also far away, although emphatically not in warmer climes.

So I was thinking of coming down to meet some mefites around here, though it looks like I'd be the 7th person if all the rest of the maybes come...

Usually not all the maybes come (in fact I'd say usually less than half do), and "official" "policy" is that if 6 people or fewer RSVP as Attending then they get guaranteed spots on the team. If more than 6 RSVP then we at least know to split up in advance. So if you'd like to come and can commit to it that's the best thing to do.

(Note: Stragglers in excess of 6 who couldn't commit get cast into trivia purgatory, where they generally have a beer and/or some pub food and scrupulously abstain from discussing the answers with us. Great opportunity to smirk smugly when the team gets stuck on a tough question as if you know the answer, but I recommend RSVPing!)

I can't come tonight or probably until after the holidays, after all - so I took myself off the maybes. There's room!
