I like the sound of these lunches and I wish I could join you guys, but seeing as I work in the Hillsboro area, that's not going to happen, unless y'all decide to take a road trip out west.

Hey, I'm off on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with basically nothing to do, so if we continue to do the lunches those days, I'd be more than happy to have lunch in the 'burbs. (The western 'burbs, preferably, but anywhere is fine.)

The western burbs are very doable for me on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I'm in out in Hillsboro too! I could be available for a lunch with a little notice-- not next week, which is crazy-awful meetings week, but the one after or later.
Supposedly Taqueria Hermanos Ochoa's is really good (and walking distance from my office, so ++), but I have not been there yet.

Well, we're People's Sandwiching next week anyway, so why don't we plan for week after in Hillsboro, yeah. Nail down the details and set up an IRL.
