It's been a good while since we descended on the Farmer's Market and wow'ed the west coast with our wacky little card game. Anyone interested in striking up another go? Say, sometime around next Thursday, the 1st?
I liked Euchre!
Thursdays are perhaps the best night for me, so if it can't be the 1st then any week thereafter should see me there!

I can't do next week either but I'm in if it's any time after...say...the 12th. Otherwise, I'll be sad but will see everyone at the next euchre meetup.

Not to do with the above, and it's late to mention, but Hollywood Cemetery is expanding its nightime picnic/movie thang into September. My fella and I will be there tomorrow night for "Rebel without a cause," with a couple blankets and some weed and Trader Joe's picnic goods.
If anyone would like to join us, we'll be near the northwest corner of the field, right near the road, just south of the northernmost palm tree (this makes sense when you get there). Will try to find some sort of flag to wave, but just holler "Elliot" and we'll respond. Tickets can be purchased via cinespia.org or at the door, and it's pretty easy to park in the neighborhood.
