August Goat is a Go!

After work, we shall nonetheless gather at the Goat on this, the First Wednesday of August 2019. Tiny beers, grilled meats, unexpected party room complications! Wheel of Fortune. Internet jukebox. All this can be yours, if you join us.
We have more than one post-Goat karaoke option, which don't really overlap, if you're so inclined. Carol's Pub from 8:30 to 11:30 and Live Wire from some time 11:30ish until probably 1:30 or so? Some of us definitely will be at one or the other.
Billy Goat is UNDER Michigan Avenue. If you can see daylight or the Wrigley Building, find some stairs and descend them. We're usually on the left side of the tavern.

I can't make it to the Goat, but if anything changes with the karaoke schedule please update here, because I'll see if I can make it to Carol's for a little after my class.

Uggggggggggggggh my errands all took way longer than I'd hoped and now I can't make it down to the Goat in time to make it back for setup at Carol's. Sorry, everyone-- hope to see at least some of you for karaoke!

Karaoke was so cathartic, and crush and MCMikeNamara were just killing it with their song choices/performance aesthetic.
Also multiple people came up to us to say “Do you know the karaoke guy? He’s awesome.”
