Since some people couldn't make it for the 19th, and some of us that did make it are insatiable, I think we have enough potential attendees to warrant another IRL. Who's in?

I'm pretty sure I'll be there, since last week's was great! It just depends on how long Saturday feels & how much grading I get done. Hope to see you all there!

Looking forward to seeing folks tomorrow. For budget planning, the bill last weekend came to $101 plus tip for 6 people, so we all kicked in $21. Also, Bamboo Garden's vestibule waiting area doesn't have any seating, so, we will be trying to get a table as soon as the first few of us are there. If you're a Maybe still, please make sure to change your status or post an "on my way" comment in the thread Sunday morning so we know to include you in the headcount.

I’m changing this to a “maybe” as I’ve just been sent home from Urgent Care with three pills, a spray, and a puffer. They said I’m not contagious, but my sinuses are seriously inflamed. I would have been happy to disregard my breathing difficulty for har gow, but I now also find myself prone to long, violent coughing fits.
I always seem to get called to work or fall ill on this annual dim sum event. :(

I'm going to miss it again, sorry. My flight back to NYC was super delayed tonight and I really just need to sleep-in on Sunday as much as possible.

Hope you feel better soon, theappleonatree, and I hope you got a decent rest, theory. I will probably call for a Dumpling Galaxy (Queens) meetup sometime in a month or two, so, maybe the dates will work out for you then.
