Let's pick a restaurant and get together for HRW '15!
Last year a bunch of us met up for dinner during Houston Restaurant Weeks and a good time was had by all, eating good food while feeling good about supporting the Houston Food Bank. Any interest in repeating the experience this year?
Oh hey, I was just thinking that a HRW meet-up would be fun. Thanks for putting out the call, Runes. My schedule is pretty flexible at this point in the summer so if there's a time that works for folks, I can likely make it.

OK, lets pencil in the 5th, since that reduces one variable.
Here's the Free Press top 5. We had Churrasco's last year and it was fabulous.
And here's the Chron list. Bistro Menil could be an option, and include a wander through the museum before. I've heard good things about the Rainbow Lodge. And Perry's is one hell of a deal for that pork chop alone (which is totally amazing in a town full of BBQ joints).

Ah man, that's a bummer, Cold Chef.
But... it looks like there are still a good few folks who could make it--and the Perry's menu looks amazing (even if it is all the way in Katy). We should go!

OK, posted the official event. Also moved it to the one in Memorial. At this point they do have a table for 8 available.
