I'll be in Taipei from May 19 to May 23, and I'm interested in meeting up with anyone else who will be around. Looking for suggestions for places and times.
This meetup is tentatively scheduled for Friday, May 22, pending confirmation.
I'm staying in the Da'an district, so I've picked a coffee shop that's nearby as a convenient place to meet. I'm open to suggestions for venue. I'm vegetarian, so a place with veggie options is preferred. I also like beer and wine, and I've heard good things about the local food.

Great! I may tentatively update the event date to 5/22, so it will appear on the upcoming events.
On preview, it looks like that might be a more permanent step, so I will hold off for now.

Ok, the event is tentatively scheduled. I can modify details as needed, so we are not locked into a time or place. I picked a coffee shop near my hotel.

Yeah! That was fun. For all we know, that may have been the first-ever MeFi meetup in Taipei. Although it looks like there was a discussion over 6 years ago, it's not clear if they actually met up.
Anyway, I'll create another event next time I'm in town! Thanks for hanging out.
