Comic-Con, Anyone?

I can't be the only Mefite going to Comic-Con. Can I?

I have badges for Saturday and Sunday, but I don't have evening plans on either day. I'd be up for a drinks/dinner type of meetup, finding each other at the con itself, or converging on one of the many offsite events at any point over the weekend. Is anyone else interested in doing something like this?

Not going to the thing, but would totally be up for offsite, evening, etc. meet-up!

Are you in town on July 22? Because there's a meetup happening then! It's a bus ride from downtown or Hotel Circle, or a not-too-exspensive cab ride.

ahhh, I'll have a couple pro passes waiting for me there, but after a handful of years in a row I don't know if I'm up for another crowdsurfing session, even if I just stick downtown outside the center. maybe if it were in another neighborhood? too bad you'll just miss our other meetup!
