I want to see The Room. Let's make an event of it!
I'm a fan of terrible cinema but I have yet to witness The Room. Help me fill in this gap in my résumé.
The Clay is showing it as a midnight show on Aug 11th. I propose we gather at some nearby watering hole so people can stock up on scotchkas then head over for the movie around 11:30. I'm wide open to suggestions for the pre-movie watering hole.

Since no one has suggested a pre-event drink venue and the turnout is small, I'm proposing Dimples for pre-drinking. It's small but turnout is looking slim so that might be ok.
Any suggestions?

Blurgh! I did not realize that this was during the scourge on San Francisco that is Outside Lands. Which scourge I am attending this year. Ka-blargh!

Since I'm the only confirmed yes, I'll be forgoing Dimples and be at the Clay around 11:30.
