I'm heading back to Tulsa for Christmas and thought hey, why not actually call for a meetup? Downside, of course, is I'm calling for a meetup right around Christmas.
I'll be around roughly Dec 23 to 27, and I'll have to plan around family events, but I figured I'd at least try to make a go a Tulsa meetup. I'll be out in Sand Springs but will have a car.

I will also be up from Dallas the 23rd through the 26th, and would be in for any sort of meetup happenings during that time

Yeah yeah, I'd probably be up for something. The 24th and 25th aren't available for me, unfortunately (between work and family commitments), but I'm reasonably certain any time on the 26th is good. I could go for a Happy Hour or even lunch if that helps soothe any potential familial wounds.

I'm good with Blue Dome (or elsewhere downtown) or Cherry St. or whatever. Is there any place in particular you out of town folks want to go? I'm pretty flexible.

I'm not familiar, either -- when I left Tulsa for good 20+ years ago, the Blue Dome was still a bunch of abandoned buildings.

How about lunch at Edward Delk's, noon Dec 26th? If they're not open, I'm sure McNellies or Blue Dome will be.

That works for me. I'd be stoked to try out the new joint. On the odd chance they're not open (new places can be a little sketchy), Elote is right there as well and is open Mondays for lunch (which is a personal favorite of mine).

If the weather's nice (and this time of year, who the hell knows) and others have a lazy afternoon like I do, we could always do a walkabout downtown and/or mosey over to Arnie's (which opens at 2) for a couple of beers afterwards.
