Live From the Lab started as a weekly happy hour open mic night but is now the first (and sadly only) monthly Indie Comedy Night in DC. I'm not really sure what Indie Comedy is but I know we're the only ones trying to do something weird you can't find at the comedy clubs. We've got a dozen incredible comics (including Mefi's own comedy genius i_foody), sketch groups, and one dedicated dramatic monologist all taking comedy to it's logical extreme and way beyond it. Expect to get offended and possibly educated accidentally.

i would say he is more sensitive and gently loving but maybe that's just wishful thinking
