The Great MeFi Get-Together, 2018 edition. (This is an arbitrary date since confirmed meetups get more clicks, feel free to suggest a different day inside)
Labor Day and thus the fair are early this year so let's plan something! Here are the new food and drink lists to whet your appetite, plus the Grandstand lineup and other (free!) shows.

Fair dates are August 23 - September 3.

Arbitrary date selection method: clicked on the first performer I was interested in seeing (Chastity Brown!), saw she is playing on a Saturday, and thought great, most people will probably have off work then. If you're escaping to the cabin or otherwise have plans that day, the floor is open for suggestions.

Yes! This day is fine with me, as would be virtually any other day the fair is on.

*sigh* I miss the Fair so much.

Have fun, y'all, and make sure to take a picture of the awesome tree trunk sculpture at the Enestvedt Seed Corn building near Machinery Hill!

Are people not into the fair this year, or waiting to make a game time decision based on weather and last-minute back-to-school whatnot? Would a different day work better?

Happy Saturday! Since everyone's a maybe and the sky looks kind of ominous right now, I'll assume the meetup is off unless anyone messages or texts me in the next hour.
