Foo fighters and Dinosaur Jr at Fenway Park on July 22. I just bought tix.
Anyone else going? Grab a quick drink or three before the show?
I'm not going either but I saw them during the "Dave on the Throne Tour" and I still cannot listen to the opening notes of Everlong without getting goosebumps. They are insanely good live.

Eastern Standard or The Hawthorne for fancy cocktails. Audubon isn't far away and is another excellent place. There's a Tasty Burger around the corner with outdoor seating if you want a bite to eat and some pitchers.

Okay, sorry I've given no updates but lifework has been crazy. Much crazier than usual.
We should be checked into our hotel (out by the seaport, everything close to Fenway was booked up shortly after I made this post) sometime between noon and 2 pm the day of the show. Show starts at 5:30 pm, we don't need to be first in line but don't want to miss even a second of Dino Jr. This leaves a decent window for a quick drink or two near the venue, no later than...3 pm? Audubon sounds about right from the options you provide, pilot.
After the show we're heading back to the hotel, and unless we've rocked to hard could have a drink at the hotel bar. Gonna be raining probably so a hot rinse might be in order before that, so time lag. The next day we more or less gotta get out of town by noon, so we could meet for a candy bar at the bus station, but that is too creepy even for me.

We ended up in Vermont this weekend and probably won't make it back in time to meet up, unfortunately!

Just broke down the logistics, and while we requested early check in we might not be able to check in until four. I think that is cutting it close, and there are just to many fluid factors for a reliable meetup. Next time you crazy diamonds. If you visit MV ping me a lot!
