Hey Michiganders! By now I hope you're recovered from holiday madness and ready to kick back with your fellow mitten-wearing MeFites. We're meeting at Cultivate Coffee in Ypsilanti on Sun Jan. 21 from 4-8PM. Hopefully that will accommodate both early and latecomers. It's a nice bright shop with coffee, tea, beer and snacks. So stoked! Bring your pals!
EDIT: We're on for tonight! 4-8PM. I've got a table reserved for us with a nifty little sign. See you there!

I would like that. Any of the three are ok with me. Has to be before Jan 24, Mr Gadgetenvy is having hip replacement surgery that day.

Yay! What about Sun Jan. 21 at Cultivate Coffee in Ypsi? It's a bright shop with coffee, tea, beer and snacks.

I emailed the owners to ask about a few dates. Should be decently quiet on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. If we register our event we can also bring our own food. Open late, are there feels about early afternoon (say 2-6PM) versus evening (6-10PM)?

Cultivate Coffee in the early afternoon of the 21st sounds great to me! I can probably come (most likely with my toddler) but not totally sure yet, and might be able to do the evening if that’s better for everyone.

I'm interested! Cultivate is a great spot. Will depend on my travel schedule, though, which right now is uncertain.

Cultivate Coffee sounds fine. Later in the day is better during the week for me. Any time on the weekends.

The women's march in Lansing is the same day starting at 2pm so am dubious that I'll get to the meet-up. Anyone else marching?

I'm a firm maybe. I'll be working a state-level HS competition (competitive theater!) Friday and Saturday, so Sunday will be my day of 'getting stuff done'.

I was really looking forward to this but now I can't come...my cat went in for a dental cleaning on Friday and isn't reacting well so I don't want to leave him alone. Next time!
