Space and Rocket Center with French Fry

Sat August 8 at 2:00 PM, US Space and Rocket Center
1 Tranquility Base, Huntsville, AL, USA (Map & Directions)
cortex's lil brother French Fry is coming to visit, and we're going to the US Space and Rocket Center, plus beers afterwards.
You are welcome to join us for just the Space and Rocket Center, or just the beers and food afterwards (location TBD), or both. I'm thinking Space and Rocket Center at 2pm, beer at 4ish or 5ish, depending on how many times everybody wants to ride the Space Shot.

Admission to the Space and Rocket Center is $20, but there are discounts for NASA employees and contractors, active and retired military, AAA members, etc. I'll also research and see if I'm able to purchase discounted tickets in advance as a NASA intern.

I might be able to make the earlier stuff; I should be back in town by the afternoon.

I so wish I could. I'm going to be in Knoxville on Friday night and have to do an exam for an online class on Saturday. I'd so like to see you guys again, and wish I could meet French Fry! Have oodles of fun and report back so I can live vicariously!

Wish I could make it but we have plans to take the nephew to the local ropes course. Next time!

I feel like I should post an update here, but I'm not sure what! Um, we still plan to do this, we're not married to the specific timing. The only issue is that the museum closes at 5. Sounds like I should just memail Monochrome and coordinate!

I can make 2 PM. Oddly enough I haven't been to the SRC in awhile and I need to get some Huntsville postcards, so I can kill some birds with one stone tomorrow. :D

For random beer opportunists, we're at Below the Radar downtown.
