Mon December 23 at 8:00 PM, Count Basie Theatre
99 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, NJ, USA (Map & Directions)
The second installment of Santa For… events is stuffing your stocking on December 23rd at the Count Basie Theatre for a night of comedy and music. Designed to raise funds and awareness for Lunch Break, this three-hour jingle balling of a show boasts the comedic antics of Brian Kirk and the musical talent of the Jirks together with national artists Elliot Lurie (lead singer of The Looking Glass), Bobby Kimball (original lead singer of Toto) and THE NERDS.
Lunchbreak is a wonderful program that really helped me while I was homeless, and I try to help them whenever I can. To that end, they've asked me to speak for them at the show about how I became homeless and my experiences with the Lunchbreak program. It's not a terribly long speech, but I will be there and I'd love to have some Mefites in the audience.

Tickets: $69, $45, $35

I should mention that the theatre doesn't have it's own parking lot, and you have to park in the city's public lots or the train station. There are a few metered spots out front, but you should get there an hour in advance for them.
