Mefi End(ish) of Summer BBQ

We're living on a gorgeous campus with a big private lawn, patio & BBQ grills. Let's have a Mefi BBQ!
We shall be BBQing from 12 to 4ish. We have indoor options if the weather is bad!
I'll have some pink lemonade and a few food basics (hot dogs, chips). BYO stuff to grill, sides you want to share, anything particular you want to drink. I've started a GoogleDoc for what people are bringing. Please come even if you can't bring anything!
Kid-friendly event! My kid (1yo) will certainly be there. Alas, the playground doesn't look like it will be ready in time for the BBQ, but the campus has lots of space for kids to run & explore. No pets, please. Also, there is no smoking on campus; you will need to go out on the street should you care to smoke.
Entrance to the campus is on 21st Street between 9th & 10th Aves (gate is closer to 10th, there's a big sign above the entrance with the name of the school). I'll either be standing there to let you in, or there'll be a sign with my phone # so you can text me.

Sorry to be missing y'all! The President of the seminary called a BBQ for the same time on 8/24, so we got pushed out! And I hesitate to push into the fall because then all the students are officially back and I think things might be crazy as long as the weather is nice. We'll try to squeeze something in for the spring!

Guess who got 50 hot dogs and a picnic pack of Heinz condiments at Costco this morning? OH IT IS SO ON (next Saturday).
Very good thing we rescheduled- there is all sorts of loud, dusty work going on around the patio! Hoping they'll be totally done by next weekend. Worse comes to worst, we can always sit on the lawn.

I was hoping to make something to bring to this shindig, but my schedule's hairy so I'm just putting myself down to bring some burger patties and buns for now since that's something I can swing at the last minute on the way there.

Here's what the gate looks like, just as a reference. If you're walking west on 21st Street from 9th Avenue, it's about 2/3rds of the way to 10th Avenue on the south (left) side of the street..

Aw crap, now I'm suuuuper embarrassed, but for some reason I thought the 31st was a Sunday instead of Saturday (again I blame the work deadlines for skewing my calendar view) and effectively managed to double-book myself. So sadly I will not be in attendance because I actually am unavailable 3-5 =(
