Edmonton's first MeFi meetup back in December was fun, and it needs a sequel!
Back in December, sanitycheck organized Edmonton's first meetup, and it was great to meet some MeFites face-to-face. Afterwards in the thread, we'd talked about meeting at Pub 1905 next time - it's close to the LRT, bigger, and a bit less noisy than Sugarbowl where we met last time.
We have a reservation at Pub 1905 for 'Mike' at 7:30pm on March 29th. Hope to see you then!

Cool. I meet a group of friends there every Wednesday, so I'll make the reservation next time I'm in and then make this a confirmed event.

I have a class on Thursdays, so I'll have to miss this one. Enjoyed the last meetup, though, so I hope there are more. :-)

I think that, unfortunately, I'm going to have change plans and bow out tonight. I've got too much homework and other madness happening this month. I hope to make it to the next one, though.

Yep - Hangashore, Municipal Hare and I hung out for a few hours and had a good time. We talked about having another meetup in a couple of months, somewhere with a patio.

Because of a family tragedy I couldn't attend this meetup, but the concept of Mefites getting together in real life sounds like a great idea! Hopefully there'll be another chance someday.
