Sat August 14 at 10:30 PM, The Tin Angel
20 S 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA, USA (Map & Directions)
Co-bill with NYC's Kara Suzanne and Philadelphia's own Stephen Lyons. I'll be playing with the immensely talented Colin Keller on drums.
Dearest Friends and Folksters,

I won't call it a Farewell Show, because I've only just moved here to Philadelphia, but this may be your very last chance to see The White Hat perform with the inimitable Colin Keller on drums. From here on out, shows will be rare, solo, ill-rehearsed, and poorly promoted.

But Saturday the 14th? Folks, you'd better hold onto your hats. I'll be splitting the bill with New York's own Kara Suzanne and Philadelphia's native son Stephen Lyons. These two artists play Americana like it's their job, and about my own set I'll only tell you that there could be a banjo arrangement of a Jackson Five tune in the works.

The show starts at 10:30 and the door charge is eight bucks. All who attend will receive a free copy of my 2005 album, Waiting to Play For You, as well as a nice little card thanking them for listening and directing them to my website where they can enjoy dozens of free recordings.

I'd sure like to see you all there. Until then, please

Stay Tuned,

Your Pal,

The White Hat
