I am aware that it is oppressively hot until October, but this does sound like great food. Thursdays or Saturdays are usually best for me, I'm not at all offended if consensus is for some other time!

I’d love to! This place looks amazing and it’d be great to meet some people. Are you thinking lunch? Looks like dinner may run the risk of them selling out.

I could do Thu or Sat (depending on the week), but would generally prefer Sat. Next openings for me are Thu 7/25 or Sat 7/27.

I won't be able to make lunch because the Hill Country Ride for AIDS is doing a celebratory ride that day commemorating the delivery of our raised funds to our beneficiary organizations ... but y'all have a fantastic time, and report back on that BBQ!
