Definitely! Yes! The guy who taught us Berlin-style (snincky-chan??) has since moved back to Berlin, but we can ping our own pongs in our own way.

The Green Dragon is now owned by Rogue so it wouldn't be the same as it was last time.

I could ping and/or pong!

I would like to ping pong, but no days really work for me anymore.

The Green Dragon had always been owned by Rogue, it just wasn't branded as such. From what I read, it sounds like they have fewer taps and maybe better food. Cascade and Liberty aren't that far from them too.

Ping pong sounds good!

Last time we held it on a Saturday evening at 7pm and I was thinking of doing the same this time (unless someone objects). What weekend would work for everyone?

Any objections to Saturday July 22?

The 22nd would work for us, but could we start earlier, like say 4pm?

Any objections to 4pm?

Ah, I wasn't paying attention! cortex and I can't make it on the 22nd. 23rd could work, though.

Okay then, any objections to Sunday July 23 at 4pm?

Sounds good to me.

If it's a Sunday and y'all are still pinging and ponging after 6pm, we may head over.

The 23rd works for me.

So I am meeting a cat (!) earlier that day that my partner and I may be adopting (!!), but I think I can show up for part of this. (we aren't adopting a cat on the spot, just seeing how we get along with our very cat-allergic friend's lil' guy).

I don't think this is going to beat the excitement of meeting a cat (!), but I heard a rumor that OMSI has built the world's largest vinegar and baking soda volcano, and it's set to erupt at 3pm on Sunday. It's 34 feet high, and if all is successful they'll break the current record (27 feet). As a geologist, it seems like I really ought to stop by and see that happen! That's pretty close to Pips and Bounce, though, so I don't think it will make me late.

Holy moley! That sounds too amazing to miss...

The volcano was pretty great! We're cooling off in a coffee shop, we'll head towards Pips and Bounce soon.

Just got here, it's fairly busy but not too bad.

I suspect we will continue to ping and pong past 6!

We are going to head across the street to Rogue and rehydrate!

Thanks everyone for coming out! I think we both pinged and ponged successfully.

Now... Let's not wait a whole year to do it again!

Thanks for the ping and pong alike!

Old Lord Chubby Cheeks was the beer I was struggling to remember btw.
