Sat July 31 at 9:00 PM, Brickhouse
780 Main St, Vancouver, BC V6A, Canada (Map & Directions)
alltomorrrowsparties and makonan are new in town and we heard that there has not been a Vancouver meetup for some time, so let's have one. Local members have suggested the venue, please BYOB (Bring your own Beans) Hoping for a decent turnout so try to make it if you can, we'd love to meet the local mefites.

dad's birthday the night before and pride the next day; I might take Saturday night off for recovery, but if I'm still able, I'll swing by.

As I said in the MeTa thread, I live close by and will head a bit early to try and stake us one of the couches by the pool table. Look for the guy in the bumblebee (striped yellow/black) t-shirt, probably have a green hat on too.

No food at the Brickhouse! Eat before you come.

This seems like fun. I've never been to a meet-up. What time is this happening? On a fireworks night getting around this town is sketchy, at best. I usually like to ride my pedal bike when this event is on, but I wouldn't lock it up at The Brickhouse.

Good point I should have mentioned - Brickhouse has indoor bike racks, front lobby.

Aren't there better days to do this? I'd love to go, but this is a tough sell on the last day of the fireworks. Good choice of venue though. :)
