Return trip to Sydney

I'll be landing in Sydney on the morning of Sunday April 24th, and was wondering if folks would be up for drinks / food / keeping me awake until 10pm to fight off jetlag.

I'm staying near Wynyard station and I've been following the BS around the lock out laws, so really have no idea what would be a place worth meeting up at.

Don't sweat the lockout laws - they don't kick in until 1:30am, by which point you will need to be in bed.

There are still plenty of bars in the CBD to go to.

I don't know exactly how this will play out with your jetlag, but Mon25th is a national public holiday, which starts with a dawn service in Martin Place (very near Wynyard) and then continues with extreme boozing all day long.

It's a celebration of the time Winnie Churchill decided to try & move his drinks cabinet six feet closer to Istanbul.

Oh, gods, I forgot about drunk patriotism day. That's going to be a bit messy.

Yeah, my coworkers already clued me in to ANZAC day, I'm planning to stick around my hotel Monday and just do work from there.

Sunday plans work for anyone?

Mr Z, sorry this didn't seem to work out. We'll make a better showing next time.
