I see that there are a handful of MeFites in the Copenhagen-Malmo area and I'd like to meet some of you. I'm visiting from Washington, DC, which has a really active Metafilter group and I'm hoping that you all in Copenhagen will be equally awesome!
Pétanque bar is the bar at the Generator hostel. Their locations are shiny hipster-y places with cheap beers and mixed drinks and the meeting spaces are really nice. It's walking distance from the Nørreport station or the Kongens Nyorv st Metro. (http://generatorhostels.com/en/destinations/copenhagen/find-us/)


I'm staying through Oct 19 and I hope to meet some of you soon.

I might be a wee bit late, since I've got a meeting that might run until 6. But I'll come as soon as I'm done.

FYI when I've been in smaller mefi areas, it's sometimes been useful to hand-memail the people I know are from around, many people don't check IRL regularly.

Thanks Nat! I thought about doing that, but I've been playing everything by ear since I started this trip. I will MeMail a few folks in the area, too, but just meeting one or two folks would be fun.
