Stockholm meet up

Hejsan! Here's the scoop:
I am going to the premier of Cyrano tomorrow night, on June 4th, as described in this link:
http://kulturhusetstadsteatern.se/parkteatern/Evenemang/2014/Cyrano.
Since Meijusa has a baby, I will be there at 5 pm. I will be in the first row of seats at the bottom, closest to the stage, and then we can find a place nearby that's better for the baby.
The show starts later, so no one needs to stay unless they want to. I don't have a local number but perhaps you can text at +1 510 6120 if you can't find me.
If the weather is bad, I don't expect anyone but me to show. :-) I will bring food for myself and I hope y'all do too.

Should I write a few other locals and see if they are interested? The weather is so gorgeous. It would be fun for me if we just brought food to a park after work and had a picnic. (I used to sublet on Lilla Essingen but there are a zillion gorgeous places.)
I've never organised one of these before. Help me out here. Is after work okay? Are particular evenings okay? Let's decide on a date, time & place, then I can invite other locals if you both are cool with that.

Something tonight or tomorrow after work would workThursday is holiday, not Friday. It varies if people are working on Friday or not.
The nice weather seems to have disappeared, so I not sure if being outside is still a good idea :)

Thanks for sending me the link, Bella, I totally had not seen this, although I WAS at the last meetup, 500 years ago!
A picnic in the park would be perfect if it's warm enough. Evenings and performances are a bit tricky with our little baby, but if we meet up at, say, 5pm instead, that would work out. It looks like the entry to Cyrano is free, so I assume there's no border between the theater part and the rest of the park.

Iteki, I thought you were out of town over the weekend. June 4, 5, 6th are a Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
So we could totally do it on Wednesday or Thursday. And yes, I could be there at 5 pm and later folks could meet us later.
I'm leaving the 8th so I'm running out of time. Sigh.

Yah, it's a long weekend, lots of people off work from noon on Wednesday. Gotta love public holidays.

I can both tonight and wednesday and could join later (or in the middle of the day) on thursday. I think your best bet might be to just decide a time and place and whoever can, can. You could wait forever for Stockholmers to achieve consensus :)

Oh Meijusa, that sounds so great! Only I am now going to flake out on y'all. I am really sorry but I woke up with a headache this morning that I cannot shake.
