Moving to Montreal

I am moving to Montreal to go to Concordia at the beginning of Sept. Mid Sept does anyone want to have an Introduce the Moose to the wilds of quebec style meet up?
I'm in mid-September! Happy to propose a place if we know the sort of gathering we're looking for.

Concordia? It has to be at the Cock & Bull (on Ste-Catherine, just a bit to the West of the Hall building). It's like, their law. Warning: it's a dive.

I'm in! I'm moving to Montreal in September, too. (Though not for school.) Maybe October would be a good, less chaotic time?

I will actually be coming to Montreal to visit my daughter from 9/3 to 9/11, so if it works out during that week, maybe we can munch on some poutine and drown ourselves in some fin du monde!

I can definitely recommend some places around Concordia (McKibbons over Cock'n'blargh any day!) and maybe give you some Concordia survival tips. :D
I'm in England from Sept. 10-20 and will be having surgery at some point in the next month or two, but before and after are cool.
