This time at Habibi in downtown Portland on Tuesday, March 20th at 11:45 (so we can claim table space).

Their cuisine is Lebanese: menu

Just a note: it's right on the MAX line (the closest stop is one block east) which makes it easy to get to.
Also, the food is very good. Best hummus I have ever had.
