This is a monthly variety show inspired by the Meet The Lady tumblr blog (a former MetaFilter Project and FPP). The show consists of film/TV clips, live performances, and ribald entertainments, hosted by yours truly. This month the theme is "Frenemies & Nemesisters."
Featuring consultations with:
• Former Miss America Contestant (Miss Maine 2004) Ami Vice
• Rich Juzwiak of fourfour.typepad.com
• American Rose author Karen Abbott
• Peculiar Beauty author Bonnie Downing.
• Two real-life sets of frenemies!
Also, a perfume giveaway by Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab, and a performance by the cast of Jawbreaker: The Musical. Plus we'll probably call my mom.
92YTribeca is walking distance from the A,C,E,1,N,Q,R, and W trains. There's a cafe attached to the screening room that sells food, beer, and wine which you can bring into the screening room. -- and we always party afterward. Let's hang out!

Loved the song from Jawbreaker the Musical - and there's a version up on youtube. Peachy Keen! Hope they do another staged reading sometime, that would make for a great meetup.
