Brighton Boardgame Evening

Tue February 7 at 6:00 PM, Alcampo Lounge
86 London Rd, Brighton BN1 4JF, UK (Map & Directions)
An evening of post-work boardgames, chat, and drinks.
Date: 7th Feb is the preliminary date, but can reschedule if it means more people can make it. I can't do Thursdays, and Fridays are probably too busy so it's likely to be Mon-Weds.

Time: 6pm again if that's OK - but just turn up whenever you can if you can't make it that early.

Venue: Alcampo's seemed to work well last time, especially since we nabbed the sofas. Not too noisy or crowded, and decent food and drink.

Games: Generally fairly light-weight cardgames. Last time we played Love Letter and Funemployed. I also got Coup for Christmas (like a slightly more complex Love Letter). Of course everyone is welcome to bring anything else they want to play.

Yay! Putting myself down as a maybe, but am intending to come if health permits. Busy for the next two weeks, but pretty much completely free after that. (So I truly have no date preference etc. I'm sure other people have more limiting commitments ;)

I'm completely open right now, though I have a preference for avoiding Friday simply so it will be quieter.

Yeah that's a good point, and I assume people will be more likely to have other plans on Fridays anyway.

I just ordered the premium version of Love Letter (a 2-year-old got hold of my existing copy) which means we can have more than 4 players.
