Thu December 15 at 6:00 PM, Alibi Room

Well, I'm just in town for a couple weeks and recalled the last time I was in town for a couple weeks and had a lovely time at a meetup (many years ago). So we're meeting at the Alibi Room, at 6pm on Thursday. I'll be outside at 6 wearing a purple scarf and if you come a little later we'll try to be downstairs. I'll post an update if not.

As I do not drink alcohol, I do not feel I am qualified to suggest a location. But maybe if we knew what part of town you'll be in, someone else will have a good recommendation? I like early evenings and brunches as far as timing goes :)

Oh! It looks like the other meetups have been downtown at Doolins, the Alibi Room, and Mahoney and Sons at Canada Place. I've never been to any of those places, but unless there are complaints from previous meetup-ers, one of those might work.

Fun times all around! I learned about what it's like to live in the interior of BC and Montreal.

Thanks to ssg for instituting the meetup and to birdsquared for his generosity in buying us food. What a guy ;)

Damn! I completely blanked on checking in on this. Glad y'all had fun! We'll have to russle up Vancouverites again soon in the new year.
