Trying a meetup at an earlier time to accommodate more people: so I'm calling this one for Sunday, November 25, at 5:30 PM until... whenever! I've decided on the Huether in uptown Waterloo: it's right on King St. so it's easy to get to, they're open late, they have plenty of room for a group, and they have a wide variety of food and drink options.
We can sit upstairs, I think, where the bar and outside deck are - I don't think the deck will be open, though. I'll bring some board/card games. I do not have an orange toque, but I can make a sign!

Feel free to come a bit later than the start time - I just wanted to make sure it began early enough for anyone who needs to be in bed by a reasonable hour.

I doubt that I can make it, kid commitments at 6pm near Toronto. Ill come if I can sell my kids before the 25th.

Okay all, I have two things to say: 1) last time we had a meetup in the tri-cities, I missed because my car was totalled. Guess what just happened? I think that these meetups are jinxed for me.

So, anyone heading to the Huether from Guelph tomorrow? Want company for the ride there and back?

Too far out of your way flex! I'm feeling a bit tender anyway, I'll just hang out here. Wish I'd wrecked the car on a weekday so I could have a rental vehicle!
