This week I made two loaves fo marbled sourdough pumpernickel and gave one to the neighbor. Also made brioche rolls for leftover turkey sandwiches, and apple fritters (not pictured because they were eaten before I could take a picture).

No pictures for me. I started making Hungarian cinnamon swirl bread and then finished on Sunday. I made a batch of peanut butter honey shortbread cookies. They were very much better today given the chance to age.
