We're going to do it again on November 14th, but to make it easier for those west of us, we're going to do it at 10 am EST. MeMail me for a Zoom link.
This week I made banana bread and apple fritters. I had fruit to get rid of.

I made a loaf of carrot zucchini bread with candied ginger. I'm still waiting to taste it.

I bake one thing each week. COOKIES.

When I remember all the ingredients, it goes: nut butter, oats, coconut flour, chickpea flour, minced fruit (typically apple), pumpkin seeds, shredded unsweetened coconut, raisins, ginger, a few cocoa butter chips, salt. My partner uses the icecream scoop so they come out pretty as can be. This week it was extra ginger (yun) and the forgotten ingredient was the pepitas.

These cookies are probably the healthiest thing I eat all week. And the dessertiest.

But the cookie schedule is: are we close to running out? I would totally particpate in a food-themed chat room, though?

Speaking of cookies, I recently enjoyed meeting the fanfic version of Cookie Monster via a brainwane post.

aniola, we talk while we bake. Just come to chat even if you don't bake. The more the merrier.
