This year Boston is having its second electronic music festival and once again there is a big record swap/concert/fashion show/dance party. I am playing some records (ambient weird and weird dub and dub techno) starting at noon, and I would love it if you would come. [more inside]

The Family Hemerlein Variety Show is a music and comedy stage show I've been producing for the past 8 months, co-hosted by my friends Seaton Smith and Matthew Hemerlein. It's very cool, and very funny, and always sells out (and it has in the past included Metafilter's best comedian I_foody!) This weekend we'll be putting on the show in Rosslyn VA, at the brand new giant arts complex Artisphere's Domed Theater. Did I mention the open bar? There is an open bar. [more inside]
