Tapas in Madrid?

MeFites who live in Madrid or environs, or even those simply visiting--let's have a meetup!

I'm teaching in Madrid for a few weeks and would love to meet other Mefites while I'm here. Staying in Chamberi, but would love to explore other parts of town. I haven't made it to La Latina yet, and this place sounds great for tapas. Anyone game?
